Short and Bitter Sweet

It is really hard to see from a new perspective. Jesus himself stated that it would not be an easy matter to recognize the Lord of the Second Coming. Most Christians think that the hyperbole of Matthew 7:21-23 doesn't apply to them at all. Big mistake! Here it is:

 “Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. Many will say to Me in that day, ‘Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?’ And then I will declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!’

Jesus said to those who did mighty works in his name (!!!) "I never knew you! . . .depart from me you evildoers. 

Almost all Christians are just like Peter who said to Jesus - "that will NEVER be me - I will DIE with you! But then denied Jesus three times just as Jesus said that he would. Duh!

Reverend Moon's speech, "The New Future of Christianity" clearly points out a startling lesson from John the Baptist who denied he was the Elijah. Because of the prophecy of Malachi if there is no Elijah there cannot be a Messiah. Jesus stated unequivocally that John the Baptist was the Elijah.

To spell it out: the second coming of Elijah was fulfilled by
a different person with
a different name ! ! !
To compound the confusion John the Baptist denied that he was the Elijah and, furthermore, never actually followed Jesus. Tranfer this to our time and rethink whether or not you could have accepted that. While in prison John the Baptist also sent to ask of Jesus if he was the Messiah or should the people wait for somebody else. Yet, most Christians regard John the Baptist as a good guy. And yet he totally failed to make straight the way of the Lord becoming instead a massive road block. You know that his head was removed because of the wishes of a dancing girl . . .
Total Failure.

Another point from that speech from Reverend Moon; that Jesus did not come to die. Most Christians don't really understand why Jesus came at all. St Paul equates Jesus with Adam. Adam failed and brought death whereas Jesus succeeded and brought life. However the new life that Jesus brought cannot be bequeathed by Christian parents to their children. This is the main task and purpose of the Lord of the Second Coming - to give re-birth that is physical as well as spiritual. A re-birth that cuts us from the original sin completely and which can be passed on by re-born parents to their children. The Lord of the Second Coming will, in effect, be the 3rd Adam.

And, just like the second coming of Elijah 2000 years ago will manifest as a different person with a different name.

If all this makes logical sense then it's a start. Soon we will put on this website how you can carry out the cross-cultural holy marriage blessing ceremony that True Father talks about in most of the Peace Messages. 

I would recommend reading Peace Message 7 or 10 as well as the speech, "The New Future of Christianity". We should be able to reason together. 

It is astonishing, is it not, that the first chosen people still refuse to accept Jesus as the Messiah - after 2000 years! I believe that present day Christians have made a similar humongous mistake regarding the LSA (Lord of the Second Advent)
