Happy New Year! - not quite . . .

12/31/2021

. . . because we're still in the pivotal year of the OX - which doesn't finish until 2022, January 31st on the Gregorian calendar. The first chosen people centered on the lunar calendar and Rev Moon referred to it as the heavenly calendar. I think that it is a year of fundamental re-evaluation and, therefore, a time of judgement depending upon which basic side you choose.

There does seem to be a polarization taking place right now between those who support big government that promise to make your life easier by taking responsibility from you but which comes at the cost of freedom; and those who prefer smaller government which serves 'we the people' rather than ruling or mandating them. There will be less government handouts with a minimal government but more chance for spontaneous charity.

I believe that mankind needs to take back ownership of many responsibilities that have been given up to government for the sake of a perceived protection. Big government after all had its origin from the time of the Fall and this is why Satan is referred to, in the Bible, as the ruler of this world, and the god of this world (John 12:31; 2 Cor. 4:4)

Our view of the True God needs a re-evaluation too as the kingdom of heaven will be nothing like any earthly kingdom no matter how benevolent it was. Jesus was the first to speak of God as his Father and the Heavenly Kingdom is going to be characterized by people who are able to accomplish what Jesus pioneered. Jesus is one in heart with God to the extent that he could say, "Believe in me!" and, "If you have seen me you have seen God". Jesus also said, "You will do better things than I have done" (John 14:12) and, "You must be perfect as your Heavenly Father is perfect." (Matt. 5:48)

I have already spoken about a massive cognitive dissonance at the core of conventional Christianity - which, in essence, is the belief that Jesus came to die as a perfect sacrifice, but that he was executed by the then 'chosen people' who, in order to have that carried out, disbelieved in him as the Messiah! Here's another one to do with the conventional Christian view of God concerning the Fall.

Adam and Eve fell when they ate the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. Many Christians, to this day, have thought that this was the fruit of an actual tree. But, would God (the loving Parent of humanity) make a fruit which could cause the Fall to look so attractive? Would He place it where His children could reach it so easily? To suppose that God could do so is to view God as psychopathic. If any actual parents were to do this they would be locked up, right? Why is normal logic suspended in this case? - because of the erroneous understanding that God can do anything He likes. As we are made in the image of God then we should have some clue as to what seems reasonable or not.

Another logical reason why this 'fruit' cannot be the fruit of an actual tree is from what Jesus said, "Not what goes into the mouth defiles a man, but what comes out of the mouth, this defiles a man." (Matt. 15:11) How, then, can a food which one eats cause one to fall?

Humankind is beset by the original sin, which has been inherited from our first ancestors. Yet how can something one eats cause a sin which can be transmitted to one's descendants?

There are those who believe that God made the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil and commanded Adam and Eve not to eat it in order to test their obedience to Him. We may ask: would the God of love test humans so mercilessly by a means that could cause their death? Adam and Eve knew they would die the moment they ate the fruit, for God had told them so. Yet still they ate it. Adam and Eve did not lack for food. They would not have risked their lives and disobeyed God only to obtain some delicacy. Therefore, we can surmise that the fruit of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil could not have been an ordinary fruit. Rather, it must have been something so extraordinarily stimulating that even the fear of death did not deter them from grasping it.

The point being made here is that any actual parents who mercilessly tested their children by a means that would cause their death would be roundly criticized by any reasonable people. So, why have these qualities been imputed to a loving God by conventional Christianity.

The story of the Fall of Man has a logical explanation in the Exposition of the Divine Principle (EotDP) and also explains why God was unable (from three points of view) to intervene in the Fall of Man which He knew was taking place. EotDP part 1, Chapter 2, Section 6.
I hope you can see that the conventional view of God needs to be revised. It doesn't quite hit the mark. God is good, all the time!

Another point is, of course, that the Fall was not simply disobedience but premature and misuse of the sexual organs. The rite of circumcision makes a lot of sense when the Fall is viewed in this light.

The root of sin was not that the first human ancestors ate a fruit, but rather that they had an illicit sexual relationship with an angel (symbolized by a serpent). Consequently, they could not multiply God’s good lineage but instead multiplied Satan’s evil lineage.

There is ample evidence which helps us recognize that the root of human sin stems from sexual immorality. We know that the original sin has been perpetuated through lineal descent from one generation to the next. This is because the root of sin was solidified by a sexual relationship that binds one in ties of blood. Furthermore, those religions which emphasize the need to purge sin regard fornication as a cardinal sin, and they have taught the virtues of chastity and restraint in order to curb it. This is an indication that the root of sin is found in lustful desires. The Israelites performed the rite of circumcision as a condition for sanctification. They qualified themselves as God’s chosen people by draining blood, because the root of sin lies in having taken in through an unchaste act the evil blood which permeates our being.

Sexual promiscuity is a principal cause of the downfall of numerous heroes, patriots and nations. Even in the most outstanding people, the root of sin—illicit sexual desire—is constantly active in their souls, sometimes without their conscious awareness. We may be able to eradicate all other evils by establishing moral codes through religion, by thoroughly implementing various educational programs, and by reforming the socio-economic systems that foster crime. But no one can prevent the plague of sexual promiscuity, which has become increasingly prevalent as the progress of civilization makes lifestyles more comfortable and indolent. Therefore, the hope of an ideal world is an empty dream as long as this root of all evils has not been eradicated at its source. Christ at his Second Advent must be able to solve this problem once and for all.

The Blessing ceremonies described (and carried out) during the time of the "Peace Messages" were to change our lineage from that of the Fall to that of God. Even though many Christians did connect with Rev. Moon during this time it is true to say that Christianity has, largely, not yet accepted the explanations that can be found in the EotDP. As I mentioned in my Christmas Message, the false ruler (John 12:31) and false god (2 Cor. 4:4) of this world cannot refute the logic of the Fall being the misuse of the sexual organs and has gone the route of accusing the Lord of the 2nd Coming of sexual impropriety in order to cast doubt. As a result Rev. Moon has had a 'very bad press' indeed.

Love requires at least one other. Can God (who according to conventional Christian belief can do anything He wants) Love all by Himself?

Rev. Moon has revealed that mankind is this 'one other' in order that there be an object partner in love for God. The teaching of Jesus that mankind should be the 'bride' testifies to the veracity of this ideology from Jesus. Jesus who should have been accepted 2,000 years ago completely fulfilled his responsibility in that he did everything he could to fulfill the Will of God. Because the then chosen people failed to recognize Jesus as the Messiah a prolongation of restoration history was set in motion to prepare again for the Messiah.

The preparation period from Abraham to Jesus that is faithfully recorded in the Bible has a parallel in the period from Jesus to the 2nd Advent of the Messiah as recorded in the history of Christianity (Western Europe). These periods each have 6 sub-periods of similar character and they have very similar lengths. For this reason there is evidence that the 2nd Advent of the Messiah must have taken place already between 1917 and 1930. Reverend Moon being born in 1920 thus becomes a valid candidate.

Where to look for the evidence and check this out for yourself is detailed in an earlier blog. You won't need to do so much reading to check this out either. In addition it will open up new aspects of your Bible that have not been engaged with until now.

This year 2021 (but, more accurately - the year of the OX) is a pivotal year where the division of sheep and goats can actually be seen and experienced. That's why I don't want to celebrate the end of this year any sooner than necessary. The new year, therefore, doesn't start on January 1st but, rather, February 1st - the year of the Tiger.

For those who know the significance of John 12:31 and 2 Corinthians 4:4 it is really interesting that this too can be actually seen and experienced in the world right now and, especially, in the current administration of the USA.

So, Happy New Year ! ! ! - almost . . .

Christmas Message - You wouldn't ask of these, right?

In a few days it will be Christmas day and many are celebrating all around the world. But, 2,000 years ago the then chosen people were giving (the alive on the earth) Jesus a really hard time. If you were to ask the (church) synagogue leaders then about the man Jesus - what would they be likely to say?
  • He cannot be the Messiah as the prophecy (Malachi 4:5) was not fulfilled. Also John the Baptist denied that he was 'the Elijah'. In addition John the Baptist never actually attended or followed Jesus.
  • Jesus did miracles but it was probably by the power of Beelzebul (Mk 3:22) and, anyway, many of those who were 'cured' by a miracle later became even worse than before! (Matt. 12:43-45)
  • Jesus said, "Believe in Me!" How arrogant is that?
  • Jesus allowed prostitutes to touch him!
  • Jesus was alone with a foreign woman at a well for the better part of a day - even his disciples were shocked.
  • Jesus compared himself with God! And, furthermore, declared that if you've seen him you've seen God!
  • He told his followers that they must eat his flesh and drink his blood otherwise they could not live.
  • After his death his followers held secret meetings in unclean places like the catacombs where they probably did shameful things (otherwise why would they do them in secret)
  • Some of his followers were tax collectors and Jesus said that we should pay taxes.
  • Some of his followers were smelly uncouth fishermen; if Jesus had been followed by a famous personality, like John the Baptist, it would be a different matter.
  • Jesus did not fulfill the prophecy in Daniel 7:13
  • Jesus was afraid of death but he was killed anyway - he saved others but couldn't save himself.
  • He disrespected his mother, contravening one of the 10 Commandments, when he called her 'woman'. (John 2:4)
  • His own family thought that he was crazy and didn't follow him (Mk 3:21)
  • He finally admitted that God had abandoned him - Eloi! Eloi! Lama Sabachthani (Matt. 27:46)

There could be many more points - but you get the idea. The point that I want to make here is that you wouldn't get a very good answer from Christian leaders if the Messiah of the 2nd coming is not in line with their expectation.

I have already shared evidence that the 2nd coming of the Christ occurred already between/ around 1917 to 1930 (shortly after WW1). Reverend Moon being born in 1920 therefore becomes a good candidate. But, I already know that Rev. Moon does have what we would call in the UK (where I'm from) a bad press.

We should be no strangers to the power of a bad press here in the USA (or anywhere). The Durham report is finally getting to the bottom of the Russia hoax that was begun with zero hard evidence but endured throughout the whole of President Trump's administration. It was given credibility by the fake news media.

If you believe that there is a false ruler (Jn 12:31) and false 'god' (2 Cor 4:4) of this world then it would make sense that media, entertainment (Hollywood), education (at all levels), career politicians, and the like, will all be receiving instructions from the false 'god' to trash the reputation of the Lord of the 2nd Coming. Makes sense, right?

Reverend Moon made very excellent public talks that gave a new understanding of why Jesus came. It was not to be rejected, ostracized and killed by the then chosen people. Jesus' entire focus was to engender belief in him as the one chosen by God. It is a salient point that Jesus was ultimately killed because the then chosen people regarded Jesus as an imposter. They thought they were removing a charlatan. What would they have done, on the other hand, if they had believed Jesus as Messiah and had actually attended him as such? But, modern day Christians cannot think about that at all.

Reverend Moon met with the then Soviet Leader Mikhail Gorbachev and, to the shock of those around him, embraced him and advised to take down all the communist statues. We watched a very funny movie, 'Goodbye, Lenin' which was made as a result of him (Mikhail Gorbachev) doing exactly that.

Reverend Moon also took a small party to meet with the then leader of the North Korean regime. Kim Il Sung. They were transported by helicopter and it would have been no problem for Kim Il Sung to wipe out the whole group with an unfortunate helicopter 'accident'. This demonstrates for me the enormous courage and resolve of Rev. Moon. When Rev. Moon forthrightly declared the 'Ju Che' ideology of Kim Il Sung to be wrong those with Rev. Moon turned white- including those of the North Koreans who were charged with looking after Rev. Moon's group. But the meeting turned out very well and the foundation for peace was laid.

Rev. Moon also advocated the 'World Highway' by proposing a bridge/ tunnel at the Bering Straights. This would be awesome and would allow people to drive from Springfield, Missouri to London, England. Even if someone didn't do that they would nevertheless feel that this world is more unified.

For me it is clear that he truly is the Messiah from the teaching contained in the Exposition of the Divine Principle (EotDP). It explains why God ventured to create mankind and why God cannot interfere with the human portion of responsibility. God cannot Love all by Himself.

The 'Fall of Man' is clearly and simply explained and brings to light a lot of answers as to why satan (god) seems to be so powerful even though he is just an angel.

The 'footsteps' of God in restoration history are shown through the alignment of God's (95%) responsibility with man's (5%) responsibility and why the history of restoration from the terrible event of the Fall has taken so long. This should also make clear why restoration cannot be done in the 'blink of an eye' as many modern day Christians suppose. God is not a psychopathic God who unnecessarily makes man suffer for no reason. The 'principles' behind the restoration are immutable and exacting and the 'Introduction to Restoration' that commences Part 2 of the EotDP opens the significance of why the families of Adam, Noah and Abraham are recorded in detail in the Bible.

Time for re-appraisal then. And Merry Christmas to all our readers!      Praise God ! ! !

The massive Cognitive Dissonance at the core of conventional Christianity

I am referring to the belief that Jesus came to die. Jesus' death on the cross was caused by the then chosen peoples' disbelief in Jesus. If they had believed in Jesus as the long awaited Messiah would they still have had him killed as a 'perfect' sacrifice? The verse most often quoted by Christians from the gospel, according to John, seems to support this: "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life." (John 3:16)

Now many Christian churches are preparing to celebrate the birth of Jesus but, early next year will have to come to terms with what actually happened to Jesus - who was ostracized by the then chosen people who conspired to have him executed (the ultimate cancellation).

Was Jesus' death on the cross the most desired Will of God? Let's look again at this from 4 fundamental standpoints.

First to examine the words and deeds of the disciples as recorded in the Bible. There was one unanimous feeling evident among the disciples concerning the death of Jesus: They were grief-stricken and indignant.

Stephen, for example, burned with indignation over the ignorance and disbelief of the Jewish leaders, and he condemned their actions, calling them murderers and rebels. (Acts 7:51-53). If the death of Jesus on the cross was the Will of God it means that those who conspired to effect this Will are murderers and rebels (against God).

Second to examine  from the viewpoint of God's providence whether the crucifixion of Jesus was inevitable as the predestined Will of God. God called the chosen people of Israel out of the descendants of Abraham. He protected them, nurtured them, and at times disciplined them with tribulations and trials. God sent prophets to comfort them with the unshakable promise that one day He would send them a Messiah. He prepared them to receive the Messiah by having them build the Tabernacle and the Temple. When Jesus was born, God proclaimed his advent. He sent the three wise men from the East as well as Simeon, Anna, John the Baptist and others to testify widely. Concerning John the Baptist in particular, many people knew that an angel had appeared and testified to his conception. The miracles surrounding his birth stirred all of Judea in expectation. Furthermore, John’s ascetic life in the wilderness was so impressive that many people questioned in their hearts whether perhaps he was the Christ. (Luke 3:15) God’s purpose behind sending such a great personality as John the Baptist to bear witness to Jesus as the Messiah was to encourage the Jewish people to believe in Jesus. Since God’s Will was thus to have the Jewish people of that time believe that Jesus was their Messiah, the Jewish people, who were trained to live by God’s Will, should have believed in him. Had they believed in him as God desired, would they have even entertained the thought of sending him to the cross? Would they have wanted any harm to come to the Messiah whom they had so eagerly awaited? However, because they went against God's Will and did not believe that Jesus was the Messiah, he was delivered to be crucified. We must understand, therefore, that Jesus did not come to die on the cross.

Third, let us examine the words and deeds of Jesus himself to ascertain whether his crucifixion was in fact the way to completely accomplish his mission as the Messiah. Jesus' words and deeds were meant to engender belief on the part of the people that he was the Messiah. For example, when the people asked him what they must do to be doing the works of God, Jesus replied: "This is the work of God, that you believe in him whom He has sent>" (John 6:29)

On another occasion, Jesus lamented the stubbornness and disbelief of the people of Jerusalem, saying: "O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, killing the prophets and stoning those who are sent to you! How often would I have gathered your children together as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, and you would not! (Matt. 23:37)
How many miracles and signs did Jesus perform in his desperate efforts to lift the people from their disbelief! Yet, even as they were witnessing the wondrous works of Jesus, the religious leaders mocked him as one possessed by the Devil. (Matt. 12:24) In the midst of such a wretched situation, Jesus cried out: Even though you do not believe me, believe the works, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me and I am in the Father. (John 10:38)

Then, confronting his opponents, he scathingly denounced their hypocrisy. (Matt. 23:13-36) Through his words and deeds, Jesus tried to bring his people to believe in him, because it was God’s Will that they do so. If they had followed God’s Will and believed in Jesus as their Messiah, then who among them would have dared to send him to the cross?

From all the above evidence, we can deduce that Jesus’ death on the cross was the unfortunate outcome of the ignorance and disbelief of the people of his day; it was not necessary for the complete fulfillment of his mission as the Messiah. This is well illustrated by Jesus’ last words on the cross: "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do." (Luke 23:34)

Fourth: Another indication that Jesus’ death on the cross was not the Will of God, but rather due to the disbelief of the people, is that Israel declined after the crucifixion. After all, it had been prophesied that Christ would come and sit on the throne of David and establish an everlasting kingdom:

For to us a child is born, to us a son is given; and the government will be upon his shoulder, and his name will be called “Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.” Of the increase of his government and of peace there will be no end, upon the throne of David, and over his kingdom, to establish it, and to uphold it with justice and with righteousness from this time forth and for evermore. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will do this. (Isa. 9:6-7)

An angel appeared to Mary prior to Jesus’ conception and made a similar prediction:
Behold, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you shall call his name Jesus. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Most High; and the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, and he will reign over the house of Jacob forever; and of his kingdom there will be no end. (Luke 1:31-33)

God’s clear intention for the chosen people of Israel, whom He had led through all manner of difficulty from the time of Abraham, was to send them a Messiah and build an eternal Kingdom on earth. Nevertheless, when the Jewish leadership persecuted Jesus and led him to the cross, Israel lost its qualification to be the founding nation of God’s Kingdom. Within a few generations, the people of Israel would be scattered over the face of the earth. They have suffered oppression and persecution ever since. This can be viewed as the tragic consequence of the mistake their ancestors committed when they condemned to death the Messiah, whom they should have honored, thereby preventing the completion of the providence of restoration. Moreover, not only the Jews, but also many faithful Christians have shouldered the cross as their portion for the collective sin of having killed Jesus.

These are logical reasons showing that the death of Jesus was not the primary Will of God but, rather, due to the mistake of the chosen people who, "did not know the time of their visitation." (Luke 19:44)

There are other 'cognitive dissonances' when we consider John the Baptist who not only denied that he was the Elijah in contradiction to what Jesus said of him; but that there is no evidence that he ever attended Jesus as his foremost disciple. Instead, Peter, a rough uneducated fellow, became the chief disciple of Jesus. Doesn't make sense. right?

We should learn from history that the real Messiah, Jesus, was tragically rejected by the then chosen people so that we (the Christians of the Last Days) don't make a similar humungous mistake. There is a lot of evidence that the 2nd coming of the Messiah will not take place in a supernatural way but will take place in the same manner as Jesus did - born on the earth.

Let's move away from the cognitive dissonance of the traditional Christian beliefs and start to connect with the Blessing and teaching of the 2nd Advent! Praise God ! ! !

Can You Prove that?

That there is 'something', rather than 'nothing', being preposterously improbable is something that we don't often think about. Also that we can think at all is another improbable thing when we really think about it.

We are living in a period when it's hard to find the time to reflect on things which are important as our lives are taken up with reacting to, and dealing with, things that are thrust upon us all the time. That government is evoking emergency powers due to a perceived weaponized virus threat is seriously impinging on many rights and liberties that we had taken for granted. Now big government (and big tech) is striving to assert their ownership over us and our children, as well as our property (property tax, death duties etc.). The World Economic Forum is promoting a world where ownership is no more and money is electronic.

It was surprising to many people how easily the churches could be closed down during the plandemic in the USA (land of the free and home of the brave) as well as in other parts of the world. Quarantine centers have been established in Australia, for example, and if you end up there a completely different set of rules apply which are based on emergency government powers. Truly frightening stuff, right? If it can be made to stick there then you can be sure it's going to be put in place here.

It is now clear to anyone who's paying attention that evidence can be used in quite different ways according to the color of your core belief. You may believe in God, for example, but there are many who do not and find it restricting that God would exist. Closer to home, You may believe in Jesus as Christ and Lord but, ironically, the first chosen people do not, at all, believe in Jesus as Messiah. Whilst Christians are waiting for the 2nd Coming of Christ the first chosen people are still waiting for the first.

A month ago I shared evidence to the people living in our neighborhood that the 2nd coming of Christ must have occurred already between the years of 1917 and 1930. But to find time to engage with that evidence and check it out seems to be something that is put off to another day, so far.

The most basic tenet of science (scientific proof) is that of 'cause' and 'result'. If God does indeed exist then there should be some mark of that in history. The parallels of history (EotDP part 2 Chapter 4) does show the evidence of God's footprints in recorded human history. When I first came across this I was astonished and thought that it would be checked out and embraced in a short time. That was more than 43 years ago.

I've also found that a lot of people won't engage with the new view of the Bible that Rev. Moon brought because they believe that Rev. Moon is an imposter and, furthermore, guilty of sexual impropriety.

In our time there have been many frauds which have been exposed. The first example is 'global warming' and signs have finally been removed in Glacier National Park stating that there will be no more glaciers in 2020. But, no-one apologized for that piece of misinformation. The vaccine against the weaponized virus is not effective against the delta and omicron variants but still the vaccine mandate is going ahead in spite of this evidence. The (far superior) immunity gained from having overcome the original virus is also given no credit by the vaccine mandate pushers either. The evidence that America is systemically racist (mentioned in the victory speeches of both Joe and Kamala) was shown to be a fraud when Jussie Smollett was found guilty on 5 of the 6 charges. Brett Kavanaugh still has an asterisk against his name from the women that came forward to testify against him shortly after he was appointed by President Trump to be on the Supreme Court. 3 of the 4 have been written off by most people as a political attack (they had no credibility) and the account from Christine Blasey Ford doesn't add up at all and yet the *asterisk* remains. On the other hand, the unhinged Rachel Rollins was put forward as a candidate for top federal prosecutor in the state of Massachusetts by the Biden/Harris administration; and the tie break to instate this person along party lines was broken by VP Kamala Harris.

Considering all this, it should be clear that if satan is indeed the ruler of the world (John 12;31) and 'god' of this world (2 Corinthians 4:4) then he would try to take out the credibility of the Messiah (Lord of the 2nd Advent) by accusing him of sexual misconduct when he (the Messiah) necessary has to deal with sexual sin as this was at the root of the Fall of Man. Satan certainly can't deny that the misuse of the sexual organs was the cause of the Fall so what other strategy could he have?

That Rev Moon's teaching shows the Bible to have only one fundamental meaning and purpose is no small thing. From the evidence of the many denominations it is clear that the Bible has be made to mean almost anything.
Revealing the purpose for which God created mankind (EotDP part 1 Chapter 1) makes a whole lot of sense and takes the definition of 'we the people' to an entirely new level. How many people today have the conscious thought, "I am God's son (or daughter)". Right? Modern day Christianity, for the most part, has a conceptual understanding of God.

The principles behind the restoration of mankind that are recorded in the Bible make sense when we regard Jesus as one who accomplished what Adam had failed to do. This is why St. Paul equated Jesus with Adam and why Jesus said, "Believe in me" and left behind the ideology of bridegroom and bride - mankind should become the 'bride' of Christ. This is also why Rev. Moon coined the term "True Parents" as a more appropriate title than Christ, or Messiah.

The principles of restoration have been shown to have been used consistently by God right after the terrible event of the Fall of Man throughout the entire history of restoration. These principles are every bit as immutable as the principles behind the creation and are, thus, exacting and have to be done completely and thoroughly. The record of these is in the Bible but a lot of the actions carried out by the 'central figures' of restoration history are not fully understood. To get a grasp of the principles behind the restoration providence of God a good place to start would be "Introduction to Restoration" which comes at the start of part 2 of the Exposition of the Divine Principle (EotDP) - only 13 pages in all. Then you can start to appreciate how these principles were carried out in the families of Adam, Noah and Abraham which comprise the 1st chapter of part 2 of the EotDP.

That Rev. Moon found out these principles and thus made sense of the Bible is truly awesome. Grasping these principles of restoration it can be seen how history has been one of recovering what was lost with the Fall of Man by going the reverse course to how the Fall occurred. It can also be understood that Jesus needed to be believed and followed when he came (Jesus said, "Believe in me") and the current Christian understanding that he 'came to die' doesn't make any logical sense. Think again about what actually happened to the first chosen people who made that terrible mistake of 'not knowing the time of their visitation' and conspired to have the Messiah killed.

It should come as no surprise to learn that Christianity has made the same kind of mistake as the first chosen people. At the moment I have little time for regular church centered Christians and am of the opinion that they will be among the very last to connect with the Lord of the 2nd Advent. But, hey! we should test all things and hold fast to what is good - as St. Paul advised - then that sad conclusion could be avoided.

The 2nd coming having occurred already means that time wasted waiting for a rapture can be better spent in figuring out the most likely person who is the real Messiah born between 1917 and 1930. Rev. Moon is a very good candidate as he was born in 1920. He carried out international and interracial Blessing ceremonies that were described in the Peace Messages that took place in the decades surrounding the millennium. These Blessings were to change the lineage from that of the Fall to that of the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind. So you had both the Blessing, and Truth given in plain language. These are very good speeches.

Denominations seem to be an insurmountable problem but once the truth is known it can be assimilated into a unique expression of truth through the unique person engaging with it - who will become 'the Word made flesh'. The relationship with God that will be made through this person would mean that the person would become an actual temple of God taking the relationship to something real and actual rather than merely conceptual. The 2nd advent of the Lord means the end of religion after all. Once the relationship with God is rehabilitated from the alienation caused by the Fall then religion will have served its purpose. We don't need medicine once we're fully restored to health.

In the wake of all these hoaxes that have been exposed, revealing the hidden agenda behind why they came to be, we should be more willing to spend some time to check out, for ourselves, worldviews that would normally be outside our comfort zone. The kingdom of heaven will be nothing like the earthly kingdoms. There will be no 'World Government' however benign you could imagine it to be. The core of the Kingdom of Heaven is to do with our rehabilitated relationship with God centering on the True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind (aka God's Substantial Self).

No need to be concerned anymore about the 'rapture', no need to think about having to 'follow' someone. The purpose of Jesus' coming was to make us like him who had a living relationship with God such that he and God were one and the same. Doesn't this sound like true Adam? This is why the Messiah was essentially to re-establish the true Adam and make a new starting point - cosmic spring.

Check it out for yourself and see if the 'Introduction to Restoration' doesn't unlock your Bible to a whole new level of understanding.

To wrap it up. It is hard enough to prove something for yourself, let alone to do so for somebody else. On the other hand there is nothing quite like being there. Once we start to rehabilitate our relationship with God the need for proof will be gone.

It's never too late to look again at your core beliefs and see if they still hold up in light of more information/ evidence.

De-paganizing Christmas suggestions

Several people in our neighborhood have declared that the custom of Christmas trees is pagan and should be shunned. I too once thought like this but had a re-think prompted by my new step-daughter when she first came to stay and wanted to have a Christmas tree.

The result can be seen in the above picture of two trees with angels at the base. Here's why it can be seen as appropriate and nothing to do with pagan rites.

The first human ancestors are symbolized by two trees at the center of the garden of Eden. The tree of life symbolizing Adam and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil symbolizing Eve. As you well know they fell and, thus, became false parents coming under the dominion of the false ruler of this world (John 12:31) and false god of this world (2 Cor. 4:4). The central restoration providence of God has been to recover what was lost and, thus, make a new start.

If Eve alone had fallen and Adam had remained intact it would have been relatively easy to re-create Eve through Adam as he would have kept his quality as her perfect subject partner. This is why the providence of restoration initiated by God has sought to re-create the true Adam. Jesus, in whom you believe, is the very person who fulfills this crucial position. He became one with the heart of God such that God and Jesus were one and the same. He fulfilled the quality of being the dwelling place of God as per 1 Corinthians 3:16. Incidentally, this is why Jesus said, "believe in me".

As you also know Jesus was not believed in, or followed, by anyone before he was killed on the cross and so could not restore someone in the Eve position. John the Baptist, although testifying to Jesus, not only failed to attend him but negated Jesus' claim that he (JtB) was the Elijah by denying this making Jesus appear to be an imposter. Judas Iscariot (one of the 12!) betrayed him, and Peter denied him, The three main disciples fell asleep during the critical prayer in the garden of Gethsemane and all the disciples ran away when Jesus was walking the path to the cross. A foreigner, Simon of Cyrene, was made to carry the cross for Jesus. and the thief on the right testified to Jesus.

Only during Jesus' resurrection did the followers of Jesus begin to truly understand who Jesus really was. But, by then, it was too late to substantiate on the earth what Jesus had accomplished. Thus spiritual re-birth was the only option for mankind to prepare again for the 2nd coming of Christ in the prolongation period that ensued due to the terrible mistake of the first Chosen people. Jesus indicated that the first chosen people had lost their qualification in the parable of the vineyard and Christianity took on the mission of "Israel" the 2nd chosen people of God. Christians are spiritually re-born through Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Jesus is the true Adam, the Holy Spirit is the true Eve, but this re-birth cannot be bequeathed to the progeny of parents re-born in this way. This is why Christ has to come again.

I recognize that a lot of Christians are going to have a problem with the Holy Spirit as being in the position of true Eve but it does make logical sense.
So now you can see why there are two trees - one representing True Adam, and one representing true Eve. If you put an angel on top of your tree you are reversing dominion (such as actually happened with the Fall of Man) - this kind of angel should be blown off with a shotgun. This is why they are at the base and supporting the true parents of mankind as should have happened if God's word had been taken seriously by the 1st ancestors.

The 2nd coming of Christ is best understood from this title of 'True Parents' rather than the terms Christ or Messiah. So, your trees at Christmas will reflect this understanding and remind you of the essential part of God's providence of restoration fulfilled with the 2nd advent of Christ - the recovery and re-instatement of the parents who were lost at the terrible event of the Fall of Man. Thus, now we are living in a new era as different to the New Testament Age as it was to the Old Testament Age which preceded it. Just as the teaching of the Old Testament Age was outshone by the teaching of Jesus and the Holy Spirit then, similarly, the new teaching brought by the Lord of the 2nd Advent will outshine the conventional Christian teaching. This is the meaning of the Bible verse talking about the Sun and Moon darkening and the stars falling from heaven in the Last Days that can be unlocked from the dream of Joseph in Genesis 37:9,10)

So, my new step daughter could have 2 trees rather than just the one she had set her heart on. Of course you can also have just one tree as the Messiah, Jesus, is the root of the new start and represents God who is the One God who gave birth to the entire of Creation - Universe and Cosmos - that has 2 sets of dual essentialities. The primary set of dual characteristics are those of internal nature (invisible) and external form (visible) - in mankind, created in the image of God, this is mind and body. The secondary set of dual characteristics is that of positivity and negativity, masculinity and femininity - male and female. These are displayed throughout all of creation. God is the reality of the number 3 - the triune God.

To represent God you could have a source of warmth and light (Love and Truth) shining upon your Christmas tree(s). This would be like the Cosmic Spring which this new era would bring into being.

So the cycle of celebrating the birth of Christ at Christmas with the death, and resurrection, of Jesus at Easter (another pagan word . . .) could be finished forever with the original ideal of creation fully restored and substantiated with true sons and daughters of God re-born through True Parents. Satan exposed and driven out forever - no longer able to function as the  manifestation of selfishness and parasitical nature as his source of food would be gone. No more ignorance, no more conflict and the sorrow generated by that.

Wouldn't that be nice?!

Jesus did say that we should be perfect as Heavenly Father is perfect but the present level of Christian thought can't get its head around that: Modern theology is doomed because it says that since God is all-knowing and all-powerful, He can also love as he pleases. Can I love as I please alone - without my dear wife? Can I? Those who say that I can are crazy. Then, can God love all by Himself? (209-81, 19901127)

Wishing you all the best this Christmas time and that your decorations can inspire you as well as all those who see them. Christ came again already; Christianity made a similar mistake as the 1st chosen people. Evidence for that is here.

Looking forward to hearing from you!

I came to Christ through the Lord at His Second Coming. I have been connected with what some would regard as a ‘New Age cult’ for more than 40 years. I want, through this website, to share what I’ve come to understand, and show that it stands up to scrutiny, and criticism.

Until quite recently I had regarded Christians as the enemy of the Lord of the Second Advent! But then, through Rev. Moon’s successor, Hyung Jin Moon, after his ‘Breaking the Silence’ (2015 January) where he emphasized the Bible (KJV) and spoke almost exclusively of Jesus, grace and faith I decided to connect with a Christian church (Belmont Church in Harrow, London, UK) to find out about these aspects of faith and grace which I had no idea about.

My strength was the words of truth, as I saw it, that were contained in the ‘Exposition of the Divine Principle’. This is the basic teaching of the Rev. Sun Myung Moon that, for me, made sense of the Bible.

That Hyung Jin Moon (aka Sean Moon) has since become irrelevant is regrettable but should not become a stumbling block. The 8 Great Sacred Texts (available on the Resources page) constitute the New Age Truth that we need to connect with (from the Lord of the Second Coming) and, I believe, these are absolute.

So began a journey that opened up the teaching of Rev Moon to an understanding where I came to realize that I am a Christian, Jesus IS the Messiah (as opposed to was the Messiah) and a complete reappraisal of this teaching which is what I want to share through this means.

OK; there are abridged explanations and sudden conclusions already but I will deal with those if you write to me; let us reason together - and test all things and hold fast to what is good! Also a lot of these can be overcome by reading, "The Exposition of the Divine Principle".

Thanks for engaging with this and I hope to hear from you so that we can share together as brothers and sisters in Christ and arrive at an understanding of the Gospel of the Kingdom of Heaven that is more to do with 1 Corinthians 3:16 than John 3:16 Thank You for visiting this website.

    Let us reason together . . .
