in the text on the right of this blog (under 'Author' - but this is visible only in computer view, not phone or tablet) it states that Sean Moon became irrelevant and I have been asked to explain about that; here is my reply:

There are several reasons why I said that.

First to use the reasoning of Sean Moon himself. The family members of a great artist cannot change the works that the great artist made just because they are family members. That it even more true of the Messiah who is truly irreplaceable.

The True Parents of Heaven, Earth and Humankind, aka God's Substantial Self left the 8 Great Textbooks and advised that not even one comma should be changed and that these should be studied by us even when we are in the spirit world! (Hyperbole? . . .)

Sean Moon has not promoted HoonDokHwae (daily home study of the 8 Great Texts) but, rather, the King's Report that was of 3 hours duration every day from 05:00 hrs until 08:00 hrs. This was comprised of different sections concerned with current affairs, Bible readings, events and even had a weather report.

The links to the 8 Great Texts should be of the highest quality on his website but they are simply copied and pasted from other sources. For example, when I pointed out that the Exposition of the Divine Principle was missing 2 paragraphs on every pdf version currently in cyberspace and even of the hard copy English version of 1996 and 1998 his response was to block me from contacting him again. Here is the link to that blog. The associated comments elaborate further info. If Sean Moon was truly interested in the 8 Great Texts then he would welcome that information, right? Even if it came from a lowly member that he didn't especially like.

Another reason is that Sean Moon did not uphold the heavenly constitution in the Jamal Johnson v Lourdes Swartz case and, furthermore, decreed that Jamal back down. This was quite a big deal and is another reason why I left Sanctuary Church that our family had been supporting since 'Breaking the Silence'.

The crowning of Sean Moon as the 'successor' to Rev. Sun Myung Moon I think has been misunderstood and makes a lot more sense when Sean Moon is considered as a representative of 'we the people' aka children of God. Instead the kingship he is demonstrating has become no different from secular kingships of the past. For example there are decrees on the Sanctuary Church website that overreach the 8 Great Texts (which, I believe, are absolute).

There are others points too, such as the content of the Cheon Il Guk constitution, which I did a course on from the Holy Spirit University of Sanctuary church about 4 years ago. Even the person who led that course now realizes that the constitution in question is, in of itself, questionable. (ie. not absolute)

But these are enough points for now.

This is going to be 'over the heads' of a lot of people right now. Also I could've called the Blog: 'Beware of Imitations' but chose instead the 'Snake in the Barn' to emphasize the seriousness of the deviation from the words of the LSA (Lord of the Second Advent)

As expressed in earlier posts, the LSA can come in one of two fundamental ways: born on the earth (as was Jesus) or in a supernatural way on the clouds of Heaven (and every eye will see him) The 'basic points' on the Home page explain the signs of the Last Days (which could be taken literally or figuratively) There is evidence that the LSA was born on the earth shortly after WW1. The last part of the blog (in blue color text) about Pr. DJT's letter explains where to look for this and check it out.

I came to Christ through the Lord at His Second Coming. I have been connected with what some would regard as a ‘New Age cult’ for more than 40 years. I want, through this website, to share what I’ve come to understand, and show that it stands up to scrutiny, and criticism.

Until quite recently I had regarded Christians as the enemy of the Lord of the Second Advent! But then, through Rev. Moon’s successor, Hyung Jin Moon, after his ‘Breaking the Silence’ (2015 January) where he emphasized the Bible (KJV) and spoke almost exclusively of Jesus, grace and faith I decided to connect with a Christian church (Belmont Church in Harrow, London, UK) to find out about these aspects of faith and grace which I had no idea about.

My strength was the words of truth, as I saw it, that were contained in the ‘Exposition of the Divine Principle’. This is the basic teaching of the Rev. Sun Myung Moon that, for me, made sense of the Bible.

That Hyung Jin Moon (aka Sean Moon) has since become irrelevant is regrettable but should not become a stumbling block. The 8 Great Sacred Texts (available on the Resources page) constitute the New Age Truth that we need to connect with (from the Lord of the Second Coming) and, I believe, these are absolute.

So began a journey that opened up the teaching of Rev Moon to an understanding where I came to realize that I am a Christian, Jesus IS the Messiah (as opposed to was the Messiah) and a complete reappraisal of this teaching which is what I want to share through this means.

OK; there are abridged explanations and sudden conclusions already but I will deal with those if you write to me; let us reason together - and test all things and hold fast to what is good! Also a lot of these can be overcome by reading, "The Exposition of the Divine Principle".

Adam and Eve fell at the top of the growth stage. Human beings are now being restored to the top of the growth stage through the providence of restoration, having passed through the Old Testament Age and the New Testament Age. The Last Days is the time when people return to the spiritual level reached by the first human ancestors just prior to the Fall. Today, being the Last Days, is the time when people throughout the world are reaching this level. Just as Adam and Eve prior to the Fall were able to converse directly with God, today many people on earth can communicate with the spirit world. The prophecy that in the Last Days, “I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams,” (Acts 2:17) may be explained based on this insight from the Principle.

In the Last Days, many people will receive the revelation, “You are the Lord.” Often these people will be misled into believing that they are the Second Coming of Christ. Why do they stray from the right path?

Upon creating human beings, God gave them the mandate to rule over the universe. (Gen.1:28) Yet due to the Fall, they have been unable to fulfill this blessing. When fallen people are spiritually restored through the providence of restoration to the top of the growth stage, they will reach the level of heart comparable to that of Adam and Eve just before their Fall. God gives certain people who are at this stage the revelation that they are the Lord, in recognition that they have reached the level of maturity at which He had once blessed human beings with dominion over the universe.

Believers in the Last Days whose devout faith entitles them to receive the revelation that they are “the Lord” stand in a position similar to that of John the Baptist. John the Baptist came with the mission to make straight the way of Jesus. (John 1:23) In the same way, these people of faith are given the mission to prepare, in their particular areas of responsibility, the way for Christ at the Second Advent. Since they are to act as the Lord’s representatives in their respective fields, God gives them the revelation that they are the Lord.

When someone who is gifted with spiritual communication receives the revelation that he is the Lord, he should understand this phenomenon through the teachings of the Principle. He should not act wrongly, mistaking himself for Christ at the Second Advent. Otherwise, he may end up playing the role of an antichrist. For this reason, the Bible contains prophecies that in the Last Days there will appear many antichrists. (1 John 2:18)

Spiritual mediums are often confused and fall into conflict among themselves, because the levels of the spirit world with which they are in communication and the content of the revelations they receive differ. (1 Cor. 15:41) Although spiritually perceptive people are in contact with the same spirit world, because their circumstances and positions vary and their character, intellect and spirituality are at different levels, they will perceive the spirit world in different ways. These differences give rise to conflicts among them.

People who contribute to the providence of restoration usually are responsible for only a part of the providence. Focusing only on their vertical relationship with God, they are often not sensitive to their proper horizontal relationship with other spiritually attuned people. Strife can break out among them, as each thinks that the Will of God which he serves is different from that which the others are serving. Their conflicts are aggravated when each of them receives the revelation that he is the best. Yet God offers such encouragement to spur each on to do his very best in carrying out his particular mission within the greater providence. God also gives such revelations because each is, in truth, the one best suited for his respective area of mission.

In addition, when people of devout faith become spiritually open and reach the level of heart comparable to Adam and Eve just prior to their fall, they will face a test similar to that which Adam and Eve failed to overcome. If they are not careful, they may commit the mistake of the Fall. It is extremely difficult to overcome this temptation without understanding the Principle. Regrettably, many religious people have failed to overcome this test, nullifying in an instant accomplishments gained through years of devotion and exertion.

How can spiritually gifted people cope with these troubles? To accomplish the providence of restoration in a short period of time, God apportions different missions to numerous individuals and relates to each of them independently. It is thus virtually inevitable that conflicts break out among spiritually sensitive people. However, at the end of history, God will provide them with the new truth. The new truth will help them understand that the unique missi

It will guide them to cooperate with each other and work in harmony to accomplish the greater purpose of the providence of restoration. In this era, all spiritually gifted people should cease their stubborn insistence that they alone have been serving the Will of God. They should search out the higher and more comprehensive words of truth which can help them correctly understand their positions and the true nature of their providential missions. Only then will they be able to overcome the confusion stemming from past horizontal conflicts. Only then can each arrive at the fulfillment of his individual path of faith and bring forth its beautiful fruits.
